Global Pharmaceutical Leader
Our customer, a global pharmaceutical giant, has utilized Yoh services since the late 1970s. During the past 15 years we have provided professionals in the Scientific, Engineering and IT areas, and currently manage more than 35 million USD in staffing and services at the customer's headquarters.

In 1996 we were awarded a three year contract to be the primary supplier of temporary technical personnel to the customer. As the primary vendor, we manage all of the customer's technology requirements and are supported by several subcontractors. This arrangement has allowed the customer to focus on their core businesses and reap the benefit of dealing with only one staffing supplier, while still having the resources of multiple suppliers available to fulfill their needs.

During January of 1997, in a move to provide a higher level of service to the customer, we appointed an on-site Administrative Manager, who resides at the customer's headquarters facility. This dedicated service provides for increased reporting, employee performance tracking, and personalized recruiting efforts for high profile departments. Later in 1997, Yoh Managed Staffing was also awarded a contract to manage the customer's IT staffing needs. To manage this effort we have provided another on-site team, specifically dedicated to the customer's IT requirements.

Global Life Sciences Company
This customer focuses on the agricultural, food additives and pharmaceutical industries.

Yoh has been a provider of contract labor to the customer for many years. In 1996 the customer asked us to become the on-site administrator for its Engineering and IT flexible workforce. During 2000, the Yoh Managed Staffing on-site team managed more than 15 million USD in contract labor at four customer locations.

The program provides a full range of contract labor administration services including needs definition refinement, resume screening, contract labor acquisition, management of twelve suppliers, consolidated invoice payments, engagement policy compliance, contract labor usage reporting and co-employment advice. Yoh Managed Staffing works with all levels of customer management, including hiring managers, sourcing and HR.

Most recently, Yoh Managed Staffing was awarded the overall contract to provide managed staffing services to a pharmaceutical subsidiary. This extension of our service speaks to the overall quality and value of our program and will further the customer's goal of procuring the highest quality contract labor in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.

Diversified Gas & Chemical Company
Yoh Managed Staffing has provided staffing services to this international company for the past 20 years.

In 1997, as a result of Yoh Managed Staffing's excellent history of service, the customer hired us to manage all of their corporate headquarters' staffing processes. Since that time, through our local branch offices and qualified suppliers, we have provided comprehensive services for all of the customer's staffing needs, including engineering and design, scientific and laboratory, and IT.

This program has included the consolidation of more than 20 staffing vendors under our Managed Staffing program so the customer would receive one invoice for all contract labor, and costs could be more appropriately allocated by cost center. Our Site Coordinator qualifies talent requirements by working with hiring managers to assess their needs, and provides human resources counseling on performance appraisals, training and safety. Our Coordinator also processes all hire data and maintains a historical database that can be accessed for a variety of management reports.

Ultimately, this program has given the customer the ability to centrally manage its flexible labor, including both the hiring and accounting functions, through a single, managed staffing services partner.

FORTUNE 10 Conglomerate
One of the world's largest corporations is one of Yoh Managed Staffing's longest continuous customers. Over the past few decades Yoh has held a national agreement with this customer to supply a wide variety of technical professionals and in 1991 the customer chose our Managed Staffing program from a field of 35 firms to lead their contract labor program.

The program has grown over the past decade to include eight of the customer's eleven core businesses, as well as its corporate headquarters. We currently have on-site teams in six locations and manage contract labor programs from our Albany, NY operations center for four of the customer's other businesses. In total, Yoh Managed Staffing provides services to more than 250 of this customer's locations throughout the United States and has supported their projects in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Far East and South America.

During 2001, Yoh Managed Staffing is projected to manage more than 150 million USD of contract labor for this customer. Using our propriety, software as well as a joint venture with a leading Application Service Provider, Yoh Managed Staffing coordinates more than 300 suppliers who provided the customer with more than 7,000 contractors, from blue-collar workers to research scientists. Yoh Managed Staffing is the customer's repository for all documentation associated with each contract assignment, regardless of labor type or assignment duration. Yoh Managed Staffing also maintains and mines the customer's data warehouse for all information regarding its usage of contract labor services.

International Clinical Diagnostics Company
Yoh Managed Staffing has served this 1.5 billion USD international organization, whose products are used in clinical chemistry, immunodiagnostics, automated microbiology and numerous other fields, for the past four years.

The customer awarded their managed staffing services program to Yoh because of our quality process, integrity and our expert knowledge, not only of the staffing business, but also of their industry. We are providing temporary employee services in the production, engineering, information technologies, administrative, clerical, and laboratory and regulatory affairs categories. This program encompasses the provision of managed staffing services for six customer locations across the country.

During the implementation phase we quickly placed on-site teams at each customer facility to process all contract labor requisitions, manage the supplier recruiting effort and provide on-site contractor orientations. We also provide consolidated billing and reporting across all sites in order to establish a more streamlined approach to the contract labor procurement and payment processes.
